? Will your company supply samples?

Yes. Free samples and collected freight(or negotiate). Freight charge will refund after confirmation of order.

? How long is your delivery time?

30-45 days after receiving deposit.

? What payment terms do you accept?

T/T, LC, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal are available for us. We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance against B/L copy.

? Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are professional manufacturer in China, and have been in this field for 10 years.

? How to solve quality problems?

If the product doesn't conform to customer's sample or has quality issue, we will make compensation.

? What is your port of shipment?

We ship the goods via Ningbo or Shanghai port.
